Versa 4 user. I can no longer access certain apps and tiles. I have alarms that still go off on my watch, but I have no access to the app on my phone or watch to add/remove/change my alarms. I also no longer have access to the Find My Phone feature. These two things are basic everyday apps that I use often and have suddenly become inaccessible. Please help!!

What phone do you have @Missrosalie.
Are you able to run the Fitbit App? Have you checked for updates? Or cleared the Fitbit App data? Stopped the Fitbit app, on android this has to be done through the phone settings. Maybe an unistall and fresh install is needed?
Does the app show that the Versa 4 is connected to your account? In BT under connected devices, do you see the Versa 4 listed? I'm running Android 15, your BT screen may be different.. If there isnt, a connection, the tracker wont sync.
Very last resort wpuld be to do a setup.

For the Find My Phone feature: go to the Fitbit app, then tap the Today tab, then the device/battery icon (upper left corner), then your Versa 4 image, then Gallery, then Apps tab, then Find My Phone app, then update. Once I installed the update, the feature returned to my watch. Good luck!
