Battery percentage doesn’t go lower than 73% on my Versa 4

My battery percentage doesn’t go lower than 73% on my watch even though I know the battery is getting lower and then I can never tell when it needs charging and sometimes it dies.

Does anyone else have this problem or know how I sort this out please?

Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Welcome to the forums @Sarahjay03

Thank you for taking the time to share this information regarding your Versa 4.

If you haven't done so, please try to perform a restart

If restart doesn't fix the issue, I suggest you change the clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Same here it stays at 80%-90% for 2 days and then dies. When charging it drops from 90 to 20% within minutes and then takes an hour to charge or just shows 90% again...

Thank you for sharing the inquiry about your Versa 4.

Please, try the suggestions above and since you mentioned that the device drops from 90% to 20% all of a sudden, follow the steps listed in this help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Me too. Before doing the update my battery would last about 5 -6 days, but now it's been 1-2 days. i'm not OK.

Please provide a solution or improvement urgently.
