Best exercise choice for older wearer doing calisthenics

I'm in my 60's wearing a Versa 4 after my beloved Ionic was recalled. I'm having trouble with finding an exercise regimen on the watch that captures what I do with my morning workout.

I use my own body weight. I do a circuit of isometric curls, inclined push-ups, stretching, squats, sit-ups, and walking indoors. I have advanced arthritis, and have had a total left hip replacement and gastric sleeve. My current bmi is approximately 35. My goal is 25. I use the gym at least twice weekly.

Thank you!

Hello @c1arlos2 and welcome to the Community.  I like to keep things simple and the expanded exercise shortcut list might make things more confusing.  If you do all the body weight exercises in one session, then use the Workout shortcut.  I don't see any reason to use the Circuit Training or other shortcut.  You have two options with your indoor walk.  You can use the Walk shortcut with the GPS off and you will get a steps x stride length distance in your details.  Or you can use SmartTrack.  You don't get distance in the exercise details, but all distance is added to your daily distance.

There is feature on the Versa 4 that wasn't on your beloved Ionic (IMO, the most accurate Fitbit I used).  When you swipe left/right. you are looking at your tiles.  There is an Exercise tile that shows your last three activities in those three circles.  Those are Quick Start shortcuts.  You can't change any of the settings within the shortcut.  If you want to change a setting or set a goal, then you must open the Exercise app to do that.  You can open the Exercise app by swiping on "All" at the bottom of the Exercise tile or by pressing the button to go to all your apps.
