Black screen after a factory reset

In November 2023 I bought my Versa 4. It’s been a fantastic upgrade from my Charge 4.
Last week I noticed my Versa 4 was only displaying the clockface and the screen was unresponsive to touch. Data was still being recorded and going to my Fitbit App. I looked at lots of videos and forums etc. Over the weekend I decided to try a standard reset it went fine but I was still in the same position. I found information amongst everything I read and watched to say sometimes a single standard reset doesn’t work and often you need to do several. I did this and it was still the same.
Two days ago, I tried a full factory reset. I really wanted to avoid doing this but saw no other option. I completed the factory reset but I now have a black screen (no clockface) and obviously with doing a factory reset it is now disconnected from my Fitbit App. On pressing the side button my Versa 4 will buzz within 2 seconds. I’ve got no green light on the back.
PLEASE HELP!..

Hi @Lanzo3206 - it's possible the factory reset failed and if so your only option is to get it replaced under warranty.

You can try charging it for 2 hours ( it may vibrate only if the battery is too low) and even do another factory reset after.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support for more help.
