Brand New Versa 4 Bricked

Hello, I just got a versa 4 a month ago and it had been working well. The past few days the screen became unresponsive and updates started failing. I finally got an update to go through and the issue seemed resolved. Today watch face becomes unresponsive again, try to force restart and the thing is bricked. Logo comes on and a bluish green background flashes, red x comes up, nothing comes up after that. Awful product.

Hi @Grayj25 - try holding the button again for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears. You may need to do it a few times and if this doesn't work change the clock face in the Gallery tile and try again.

It may even be necessary to logout of the app, swipe off the active window and in Android, clear the storage cache and force stop it, then restart the phone and the watch again. 

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, in case it needs a factory reset.

If the screen is unresponsive, how would he pair the device again once its unpaired, when there's no way to see the code?

Plenty of people with the C5 have found that out recently.
