Brand new Versa 4 - Messages and notifications not coming through

Hi Team, I just got a new Versa 4, turned on all messages, settings etc and I'm still not getting my messages through.  I have an iPhone 16.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not receiving notifications. 

This is not the experience we want for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this situation. Thank you for all your efforts.
