Brand new Versa 4- made me late to an important co feee de when the time was wrong this morning!!

I just received and set up my Versa 4 two days ago. There have been a few glitches with screen overlap, but by far the most distressing was my problem this morning. The time was 12 minutes behind! My background app refresh is toggled on. My phone was just downstairs from my bedroom. How could the time be wrong?!?! I’ve used various models of Fitbits since they came out. I’ve never had this problem. Totally believed my Fitbit when it woke me up by an alarm that it was actually the time it said (the alarm went off at the time I set it, but the Fitbit didn’t have the right time). Imagine my surprise when I was finished getting ready, went downstairs, and saw the time on my microwave clock said I was leaving 12 min. late! 
I need to know this will not happen again!!

I had a versa 3 that did this all the time. It got a lot worse recently, and was checking to see if the Versa 4 had fixed it. 

unfortunately the response on the Versa 3 was that it uses the phone and has to sync with that. 

it’s really sad - smart watches that cant keep basic time.
