My husband brought me a brand new Versa 4 off Amazon. Charged for a couple hours but still won't turn on. Phone detects the fitbit but won't turn on the get code to pair. Never paired with my phone. Held down power button for at least 30 secs, Fitbit logo flashes on screen about 15 times and then rad x flashes on screen and immediately goes black. One post said to keep holding down the button even after the red x, but the logo flashes once, then blackness (still holding button), after about 60 - 75 secs, Fitbit logo flashes about 10 times, then red x and black. Do I return? Or can this be fixed?
