I charge to 100% and in less than 24 hours I am notified the battery is low? is this a dud?

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear your Versa 4 won't stay charged for 24 hours. 
Some features such as always-on display and GPS require more frequent charging. Please verify if always-on display and GPS are enabled or disabled on your device.
