Brand new Versa 4 not working

I purchased new Versa 4 watches for both my husband and myself. The hubs was easy to do. Working fine. Mine - I have tried many times, did the updates, multiple resets, delete/re-adds….but it appears to shut itself off. Touching the screen, clicking the button….nothing works. If I hold the button for a couple of seconds the screen flashes colors, I get the English prompt, and then the annoying how to get started screen. Activation date registered as yesterday, but that is far as I’ve ever gotten. No Home Screen, no counting of steps…..nothing. Did I get a dud?

Thank you so much for sharing with us that your Versa 4 is not letting itself connect correctly to your phone and for all your efforts.

Have you checked if the update was successfully downloaded? In case your Versa 4 still needs an update try to follow the tips from this article: Why can't I update my Fitbit device?
