My husband kindly got me the Versa 4 after my Versa 2 charging stopped working. The 4 was a birthday present for me, and I am glad he purchased it locally so it will be easy to return less than a week later. Issues:
1. The watch can't even keep time accurately. It started at two minutes off, then ended up at being 70 minutes off--within two days! This is completely unacceptable.
2. Syncing is a huge issue--it simply doesn't seem to want to. Yes, I have tried all the "troubleshooting tricks", but they didn't make a dent. A brand-new watch should work right out of the box, or at least after charging to 100% then setting it up. This is my third Fitbit; I know what I am doing, but apparently Fitbit doesn't.
3. I couldn't change the watchface to a setting usable for me. I sure liked the one I had on my Versa 2, but alas.
4. Where did my awesome flashlight go? I don't appreciate the removal of features.
Were the time accurate, and were the sync feature to work without issue, I would probably y keep this watch, but those two issues are completely unacceptable.
Side note: Once Google took over, the dashboard for the app sucked.

Hi @YooperInABQ - even with syncing problems which can stop the watch keeping correct time it shouldn't lose any significant amount of time, so could be faulty.
The SimpleClockPro clock face has a flashlight built-in (click battery and enable it) but if the watch is not syncing you won't be able to install it.
In general the Versa 4 doesn't have as many clock faces to choose from as previous watches.
Restarting the watch and phone may improve syncing. See Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
A Versa 3 may be a better fit as it isn't missing features that the Versa 4 does, however the syncing issues may remain as they are more likely due to versions of the new V4 Fitbit App.
