Call Notifications No Longer Working

Brand new Versa 4. Upon initial set up I was able to receive and read text messages. I also was able to answer a call and have a 2 way conversation. Nice. Now that is no longer the case. I've searched this forum, done all that was suggested. No fix yet. Strange that it worked fine initially but not now. Not happy.

I have a similar situation. I am not getting any notifications or calls. It is like my settings for notifications and calls is turned off unless I am in the app.

What I found later today was my Versa 4 was in Do Not Disturb mode. Once I
toggled that off I'm receiving all messages and calls again. Problem is, I
don't recall turning on DND.

Hi @sparky57 - in handling the watch options can easily get changed accidentally.

@BBAmyBB - make sure you don't have battery savings enabled on the phone which can cause the Fitbit App or associated services from running in background.

Mines is not working and DND is not on.

My battery saver is off and I don't have DND on and I'm still not receiving calls or text messages on my Versa 4 device 😔

Hi @LorettaYorke - make sure sleep is not on too.

You can always hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

And try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.

Then login again and check notifications are properly set in the app.
