Caller ID is not working on my Versa 4 using a Samsung S22 Ultra

I tried everything but nothing works, all my notifications settings are on, I uninstall both apps from my phone and watch and reset it but nothing. Still the same problem.

Hi there, @pSc82s. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not showing the caller ID. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Since you've already checked all the notifications settings are correct, I'd like you to please confirm if you have enabled the Fitbit app permissions under Settings of your Android device. If you've done that, please try going to the phone Settings > Apps > Fitbit > Permissions and toggle off "Contacts", then restart your phone and toggle "Contacts" back on.

Nothing works, I tried everything and anything but this watch is just a watch without the smart bit. I wish I NEVER bought it.
