Calories are off & not showing hourly steps

I’ve noticed this evening when I went to sync my watch the calories are way off for a day like today for me at work it says I’ve burnt less after a 9 hour day on my feet running around then I normally do have if a lazy day. Plus it also hasn’t synced that I have done 250 steps every hour & my step count is in the 13,000s. It’s never been a problem till today & on days like today where I haven’t stopped I would have burnt over 2000 cals & walked more than 250 steps every hour. It has monitored my heart rate all day it says. Any help would be much appreciated

When calories burned seem way off, one thing to check is that weight didn't just get entered way wrong.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
