The app seems to randomly stop tracking Active Hours and additional calories from exercise. I'll have periods where I know I've taken far more than 250+ steps, but the dot doesn't reflect that, and my calories don't change. The thing is, the app does seem to understand that the calories were burnt when I first sync, at least momentarily, as I sometimes see the "total calories" jump up and then, for some reason, back down.
At the end of the day the burnt calories does jump up to what I would call accurate, (though it does not go back in and fill out my missing dots,) but it'd be nice to have a better idea of how much I can eat without waiting for the clock to strike midnight.
Best AnswerTo be clear:
I have logged out, rebooted my phone, rebooted my watch, removed the device, added it back, etc. etc. etc. There was a time when this would convince it to sync properly, but it doesn't even seem to do that anymore. I'd be very grateful for some advice.
Best AnswerI'm having the same issue. After a hard workout, I see a pleasingly high calorie burn reading on my Versa4 and congratulate myself. As soon as I open the app on my iPhone 13, the calories pop, but almost immediately, they get dialed back 500 calories or more. I am trying to faithfully run a calorie deficit each day. It's hard to know how I am doing if the numbers randomly change.
