How are we supposed to know that? We are not developers.

Hi @SunsetRunner - depending on the clock face you have chosen there may or may not be a battery charge indication if that is what you are referring to.

So possibly changing to another clock face may help.

If that is not the issue can you post a photo of what you would like to remove.

@SunsetRunner - this is the status bar of the app and is only visible if you open the app or pull down on the display. After a while it then auto hides.

It is an essential part of the working of the app.

@SunsetRunner- place your finger lightly on the phone display [to the right of the Steps circle] and slide it upwards a bit.

OK but will it still sync to my fitbit or in the app

@SunsetRunner- it should still sync. However it syncs automatically normally so when you open the app at any point you should have a recent view already. May be just not the very immediate view depending on how long ago it did it automatically. If you want to hide the status bar you should be fine.

@SunsetRunner - thanks for posting, probably best to click on the profile photo (top left) in the Fitbit App and then Help & support, and Contact Customer support. They can give you personal assistance specifically for any issues you may have to get you up and running as you wish.

@SunsetRunner you would have gotten more answers by starting a new thread with your wallet problem.

Posting what the issue is, any erroro messages.

If it fails at the pay terminal. I sometimes get a notification from my bank, exploding why, or contacting your bank may get you your answer. They should have a record of the failure and why.

Is the wallet setup?

Has Pay ever worked in the past?
