Like, maybe an app or something?

Even if it's unofficial??

I just can't fathom why it wouldn't be at least an option if it clearly has a microphone and can make and take phone calls...

If it's not a legitimate option I'm this close to finding some other way to do it because that's just ridiculous!

There is no such way to do voice recordings. You can take phone calls as of now but you cannot make them. I do not think there is a possible way of getting any features from 3rd party brands.

Hi @mimosa09 - have you looked at using Alexa to record a message, at least as a text?
