Hi @ILikeVersa2 - in the Gallery tile of the Fitbit App search for clock faces that do what you want.
It is possible the clock face you used on the Versa 2 is available but as only a few watch faces (and no Apps) were made available the choice may be quite limited.

To clarify...I want to use a photo of my own as a background on the face of my versa 4. I did with my versa 2. If I can't, I don't want this watch. I see no reason to "upgrade". It doesn't seem like a better watch

@ILikeVersa2 - if the watch doesn't have the features you want Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

Hi @ILikeVersa2, there are several clock faces where you can use a personal photo as the background. Tap on the (PhoneWatch Batt %) on the top left of your Fitbit app, then:
I used the one called “Photo Background Clock” (it’s free) and it worked pretty well.
Hope this helps - - - - -
