Having recently had a pacemaker fitted, my preference is to continue wearing my Fitbit Versa 4, is it safe to do so?

Hello @Bizzzman and welcome to the Community.  The Aria and Aria 2 are the only Fitbit devices that have a pacemaker restriction.  But the Versa 4 (and other newer Fitbit models) have magnetic chargers.  There are magnets in the Versa 4 and the charger.  I think you should check with your cardiologist about your specific pacemaker for recommendations.   American Heart Association
