When I get a call, I can answer via the versa 4. But it sounds like someone is under water or something. At first it was good quality, but now it is terrible.
How can I restore this?

Hi @Spuit11 - possible reasons are there is water in the watch and placing in a pot of rice for a while may help, but more likely the phone is too far away or there is a problem with the Versa 4 calls Bluetooth pair.
If the latter unpair it and logout of the Fitbit App, login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and setup on-wrist calls again.

Hi there, @Spuit11. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4.
To detailed what @Guy_ has suggested, please follow the steps below in the order listed:
Note that Versa 4 Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging.

Unpairing the Bluetooth was enough!
Thanks for your help. 🙏
