Can answer calls on Versa 4, but I can't hear anything

Can not here caller from phone but will accept incoming calls.

Hi @hhamill - you may have to adjust the volume for each call. Of course as the speaker is tiny you may still have to put it close to your best ear.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If you still need help or have any questions/concerns regarding the outcome of your case, please feel free to contact our team back for further assistance.

On a side note, please note that if you're trying to connect any headphones while using on-wrist calls, specially Airpods, at this time Fitbit smartwatches can't control the volume on Apple Airpods.
