Can't Find the Wallet app on my Fitbit app anymore

I had Fitbit pay and it worked very well, since the last update. The fitbit pay app disappeared from my phone but is still in the watch. However, if I try to install it there is no connection with the phone and I can't proceed. Any ideas to help me?

Hi there, @Osampaio. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with Fitbit Pay.

If you haven't done so yet, please try restarting your Versa 4 and also, try the following steps:

  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app

Once the above has been done, from the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon > your device > Wallet. For more information, see What should I know about using my Fitbit device to make contactless payments?

If you continue having issues, please let me know if you receive any error message and what it is exactly so I can go from there.

Hope that helps!

Dear Marre. Thank you very much for your help and sorry for my delay.

I managed to install the google wallet, going to my page in my desktop and from there I uninstall the Fitbit pay app and them installed the Google pay one. Everything is ok now, but I'm still having problems with payments with the watch. You don't have any bank here in Brasil that support Fitbit pay, but I have and used  in the past a credit card from Switzerland , but this one, alltought receiving a message from the bank that it was ok, didn't work with the watch. If you could help me more I really appreciate that.

Best regards

@Osampaio Thanks for getting back, I'm glad to hear you managed to install Google Wallet.

Regarding the issue you're having, would you mind providing more details with the message or error you're receiving when trying to pay?

If the payment terminal doesn’t recognize your Fitbit device, make sure the device face is near the reader and that the cashier knows you’re using a contactless payment.

Note that the payments screen might be hidden if you haven't set up contactless payments. If you don't see the payments screen, follow the instructions in How do I set up contactless payments? to add a card to your Fitbit device.

I'd also suggest reviewing the help article I've shared with you in my first post to see if something included there might help your situation.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Dear Marre

Thanks again for your support. I think I did not make myself clear.

I´ve managed to install the Google Pay App in my Versa 4, but although I was able to set up a password for the watch app, I could not add my Swiss Bank Card either to the phone or the watch, in spite of having received a message from the Bank telling me this was done.

Here is the message received   "

Your Swiss Bankers Travel no. **** **** has been authorized for mobile payments for Google Pay.

If you have not released this authorization, please contact

Can you help me?

Best regards
