My Sense died in a hot tub, and I saw Amazon had a nice deal on a Versa 4 so I snagged one. I downloaded a few new watch faces. I'm trying to find the "settings" option for one of them but it's nowhere to be found on my watch settings screen where it's supposed to be. I am able to switch actual watch faces just fine, but I can't figure out where to change the details of a watch face (like colors and time placement, etc.)
I have a Samsung Flip 5 so I'm wondering if that's the issue? My Versa 4 is brand new so it should be on the latest updates.

Hi there, @j1udith. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about your Sense. However, I'm glad to know you found such a great deal on the Versa 4. I will help you with the clock face settings you cannot access to.
As a first approach, I'd like to share with you that not all clocks can be customized. It depends on the clock. So, if you are able to customize other clock faces but not one in specific, this may be the case.
If the above does not describe your issue, I'd recommend trying deleting, then reinstalling the clock faces you cannot customize and try again to access to the settings. For more information, see How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
