Can't access to my 6 month free trial with my new Versa 4

I just got a new versa 4 and haven't been given an option to access my 6 month free trial. This is the first time getting a new device since moving over to Google from Fitbit log in so I don't know if that has anything to do with it? But it says on my Fitbit app that I have no subscriptions, then when I go to manage my subscriptions in Google it says I have "multiple active subscriptions" but that they're "expired or cancelled". I haven't had Fitbit premium in over 6 months now so I definitely don't have an active subscription. Does anyone know how I can start the free trial?

Hi @Charloburto Thanks for stopping by, I hope you're doing well.

Let me help you with the activation of your Premium subscription free trial.

You mentioned that you have had a premium subscription in the past. If you have used a Premium subscription free trial in the past, you’re most likely not eligible for any further trial offer.

In addition, you can either have an active, cancelled or expired subscription. if you have an active subscription and it says it has expired or it's cancelled, please provide a screenshot of what you see so i can investigate. Thanks for your time during this process.

Have a great day!

I can only attach one photo but when you click into this it says that the subscriptions are cancelled or expired. And I believe that you can get multiple free trials as I know others that have doe the same with new devices, it does say on it "new and returning members of Fitbit premium" are eligible for it.
