Hi there, @Gioco. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with our Versa 4.

Press and hold the left button for 1 second to quickly access a feature such as contactless payments, Alexa, notifications, or certain apps. To change which feature activates when you hold the button, open the Settings app on your watch and tap Shortcut. Tap the switch to turn the shortcut on or off, and tap Long press to change the assigned shortcut. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

If the above doesn't describe your issue and what you're experiencing is a touchscreen issue instead, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
