Can't add apps to my Versa 4

Was excited to get the new Versa 4 but I'm unable to add outside apps or listen to my music? What good is a smartwatch you can't use? I had my medical ID and other apps on my old one. Is this going to change anytime soon or should I just return this watch? Very disappointed.

@Tink77 There are no options to add additional apps to the Versa 4 and no music support. The Charge 6 offers music support with Youtube Music, but if apps and music is important to you, then I'd look elsewhere. 😢
