I can’t add any other apps like Spotify or games

As @Talahthas has mentioned, third party apps cannot be installed on Versa 4 or Sense 2 as on other Fitbit devices. I understand why this might be helpful. Even though we truly appreciate that you've taken the time to come here and share your thoughts about this, please note at this time there are no plans to implement this feature on Versa 4.

Versa 4 was never advertised to have access to additional third party apps.
