Can’t add any cities to the weather app on Versa 4. Just spins when I go to add city

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 4 by following these steps. Then, please try again adding the additional locations.

If the issue persists, please check the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
  • The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.
