Can't add clock faces on my Versa 4

Just got a Versa 4 today. Wanted to add an always on face. I follow the instructions to add one, but it says to rap on the Gallery tile. There is no gallery tile. Only Warch Faces, Apps and Tiles, none of which are lockable. What's up?

Watch faces.

Don't know where you got "instructions" but remember that app changes.

This is the screen i get to, but non of the icons are clickable. I think this is the right place to go.

That's the right place. They should all be clickable.  I guess "clickable" got translated to "lockable" in original post threw me off.
Only thing I can think of is that new watches come just as from factory and don't have any since updates, which come as firmware updates within a few days of attaching your new watch.  I don't know if this would be such a thing, but you are looking the right place and I would suggest just waiting a couple days before doing anything like trying to reboot or restart or such, as long as it is usable as is for now.

@PapaKoop   I have some additional information about the Always-On Display (AOD).  There is a setting on the Versa 4 that controls the AOD.  Swipe down on the screen, then tap on the Setting (gear) icon in the top right.  Tap on Display.  Now scroll down to Alway-on display and toggle it on.

Many clock faces have an AOD that keeps the theme of the clock face.  The default clock face on the Versa 4 is Paths Standard.  When you use the AOD, you see the same clock face font and the three progress bars in B&W.  You can use AOD with any clock face.  If a clock face doesn't specifically have an AOD, then you get a generic B&W digital time.

Fitbit recently changed the app to say Watch faces, not Gallery.  Fitbit hasn't kept up with its own changes, because the Help article still says to tap on Gallery.  So I say no harm, no foul.  😉

I'm having the same issue.  Not new product to me. Stop syncing despite multiple restarts...

Frozen. Inactive. Something happened recently and not the same.  Really bummed.

Finally got it to work. The watch did an update, after which I could not sync to my phone. I deleted the connection in Bluetooth on my phone, restarted the watch and my phone. After repairing the watch, everything started working. Thanks for all your contributions.
