I've had my versa 4 for over 12 months now, but I've never been able to use the contactless payment facility. I've been in contact with Fitbit CS several times, and just got the usual advice - reset, force stop etc. - but nothing has worked. It's a TSB debit card that I'd like to use...the Fitbit site says that this bank is supported but it shows as an error everyone I've tried. Really frustrating as I can use the same card via Google wallet on my phone...any advice?

@Longton89 Have you tried contacting Customer Support at TSB? A user at a different bank couldn't set up their card. That bank had a system that seemed to detect a new setup as a fraudulent charge. The bank just needed to change a setting and everything worked.
