Can't add my Versa 4 to my new phone

I got a new phone and cannot add my Versa 4. Have tested and I can add it to my old pixel with no issues. Have also tested adding my wife's charge 6 and that won't pair to the new phone either. I go through the set up process and it searches by never finds the device. Went through all the troubleshooting with support and nothing worked.

The moto g54 isn't on the list of incompatible devices. Anyone else had the same issue?

Hi @Karshar. Welcome to the community forums.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Versa 4 and the attempts to fix it on your own.

I would like to know if you unpaired the Versa 4 from your old phone as this is necessary for the Versa 4 to pair with this new phone.

Please try the following in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Versa 4 from your phone's Bluetooth (or make sure it's no longer showing up there) and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa 4.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 4.
  • Once your Versa 4 is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

Dropped my old phone in the ocean so unpairing it there isn't an option. I do not think this is the issue though because I can pair the Versa with another old phone without issue.

Other than that I have followed all those steps and didn't have any luck.
