Can’t add my versa4 to the app

My versa4 stopped vibrating when I received messages or texts so I tried all options, deleted the app and reinstated it, switched my iPad off and on again, checked do not disturb was off, checked it wasn’t already attached to my iPhone, switched Bluetooth off and on again, in the end I did a reset and removed the device from the app. The Fitbit restarted and told me how to add it back onto the app but Bluetooth wont recognise it and now I don’t have a working Fitbit! Very angry I’ve been trying to fix this all afternoon
