Can't answer calls on my Versa 4

Hi everyone 

  I got a versa 4 2 days ago for Christmas,  I didn't have a fitbit prior to this. I am unable to answer calls on this device it will ring and I can see the red and green phone buttons on screen but when I try to answer it says no connection even tho I have a connection in the app all paired perfectly. Also the fitbit o ly charges to 90 percent even aftet 12 hours. I see that so many people have the same problems. This is a complete waste of money to buy a fitbit. How do I go about getting my money back so I can buy a smart device that works. 

 Please have the courtesy to answer my text and acknowledge this problem is on going

Hi @Shinny123 - If you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy if bought direct or from an authorised dealer perhaps and some stores a 14 to 30 day one.
