Can't change the clock face on my Versa 4

I hate my versa 4, I cannot change my clock face. There is no ICON on my dashboard.

Phone app Today screen, battery % top left > your device (Versa 4) > Gallery > Clocks

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi there, @Reddebbie. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you've been having to change the clock face on your Versa 4. I understand how you must be feeling. We're here to help! @JohnnyRow Thank you so much for the steps you provided. 

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
