Can't change the clock face directly from my Versa 4

I have read the instructions that say to press on your clock face but the clock face will not change for me.  all it does is bring up that notification screen . I have tried many times to change my clock face and it appears that the Clock app is no longer even available on the Versa 4. I have five clock faces saved on the app but I don’t want to have to open the app to change.

@vee   I use a Sense 2, basically the same.  The Sense 2/Versa 4 didn't have the Clocks app when released.  They got the feature with a firmware update.  I don't have a Clocks app on my Sense 2, but I can change my clock face by pressing and holding the screen.  I just tried being exactly in the center, off center, closer to the edge, etc.  The notification screen came up once.  Otherwise I had a lot of leeway where I could press.  Have you tried different spots on the screen?

I finally got it to switch after I had switched to another clock face on the app. It’s really not user-friendly but thanks yes I moved my finger all around and today it worked but yesterday it never budged other than to the thumb (notification screen).
