Can’t change the 24 hour mode to 12 hour mode on my Versa 4 watch

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. 

In addition to what @Odyssey13 has shared with you, please note that if your Versa 4 keeps showing in a wrong clock format, try switching to a clock face that actually shows the 24 hr format. I have set a few clock faces that only show 12 hr format even when I have set my clock to 24 hrs. So, I recommend choosing a different clock face.
