Can't change the weather settings as the page is not loading

Weather app. Settings will not load and screen goes blank when I try to load.

Hi @Tzversa4 - this is a known fault in the new V4 Fitbit App with no resolution.

I am also having the same problem. Totally unimpressed with the Versa 4 which I only received on Christmas Day . I have had previous Fitbit’s which I have loved but can’t say the same for the Versa 4 . 
Now know why the Versa 4 gets so many  bad reviews .

I've been trying to change the weather settings from °F to °C but it won't let me. I've selected °C in the phone app but it still won't change on the watch.
