Can't connect my Versa 4 anymore and it won't update

I have previously connected my versa 4 with my phone then it was showing update and my device wasn't able to update it so I deleted fitbit app and now I am trying to connect it but it is not connecting with blootooth because of the update my device is not working .

What do I do now?

Hi there, @Updatesync. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that you are still having issues connecting your Versa 4. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this! 

If you haven't done it yet, please try the following in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth (or make sure it's no longer paired/showing up) and Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your new Versa 4 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 4.
