Can't connect my Versa 4 to Facebook

It won't connect to my Facebook or any social media apps anymore 😕

Hi there, @Mikel42. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for sharing your question, I understand your concern. 

Please note that it is actually not possible to connect a Fitbit device to a Facebook account. As per the description of your post, I assume that you wish to use your Versa 4 to receive Facebook notifications and other social notifications, don't you? If so, please take a look at this help article How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

On a side note, I'd like to share with you that third party apps cannot be installed on Versa 4 or Sense 2 as on other Fitbit devices.
