Can't customize or change clock faces on my Versa 4 as the page goes blank

When i upload a new clockface, and want to change the color or something like that, i click on "customize" or "settings" and when i do its just a blank page, like nothing comes up to customize it. How can i fix this? How can i customize the clock faces (the ones that give that option)?

Hi @Tee1016 - you can't fix it, the new V4 Fitbit App is faulty.
