I have a relatively new watch. I was looking through the different screens and found some cool looking watch faces. I clicked on one and the watch face came up, but then it told me I need to go to a website to pay for it. The web site starts: kzi
i cannot get help on that site or on the fitbit site. I have done a sync and have let the battery die but nothing seems to help. I am 76 and frustrated. Can anyone help?? Please??

@jsawyer50 That is a paid watch face and those are paid through KiezelPay. If you don't want to pay for it, you need to go back into the app and switch to a free clockface.

Hi @jsawyer50 some watch faces will charge you to use them. I generally use what is free.
here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.

Hi @Lwags02 - you need to go to the Gallery tile in the Fitbit App.
Also if you do a long gentle press on the centre of the watch face you can switch clock face without the Fitbit App, once you have several clock faces installed.
How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Some of the watch faces are made by fitbit, while the majority are made by the community of users. Some users have decided to put their faces out for free, while other users would like to get a little pay for their time.
