Can't download app on my Versa 4

Trying to manage connected apps but Fitbit app is saying there is an internal server problem and to try later. I’ve been trying for 2 days.
I have restarted app, Fitbit and mobile device (iPhone) but error message remains. Consequently am unable to connect text messages to Fitbit.
Other functions appear to be working ok.

Thanks for sharing the inquiry regarding your Versa 4.

I'd suggest you perform the following steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the connection is available now.

Hi,
As mentioned in my post, I had tried that already. But have followed the
instructions again.
Unfortunately it is still not responding.
Am I trying to do something that just isn’t possible?

I am trying to connect my Fitbit versa 4 to my works phone (iPhone).

For some reason I am unable to set up a Fitbit account with anything but a
Google email account.

Surely I must be able to sign in with my works email address?

The Fitbit is successfully syncing with my works email account but when I
attempt to connect other apps (messages/WhatsApp), via the ‘connected apps’
tab, I get the internal server message mentioned previously.

Please advise, all help gratefully received.
