How to download apps and it is not tracking my steps accurately

Hi @Panav - the Versa 4 doesn't support any additional apps (except find my phone by Fitbit)
Try restarting your watch and syncing to get steps accurately which will only count with arm movements, certain actions (pushing a trolley) or driving may not count steps as desired.

As @Guy_ has mentioned, third party apps cannot be installed on Versa 4 or Sense 2 as on other Fitbit devices. I understand why this might be helpful. Even though we truly appreciate that you've taken the time to come here and share your thoughts about this, please note at this time there are no plans to implement this feature on Versa 4.
