Can't download my heart rate data

There are a few forum posts about downloading heartrate data.  Unfortunately, when I follow those instructions heartrate data is NOT included in the download.  Can someone please explain what I'm doing wrong?  I just purchased this watch with the primary purpose of gaining access to the data so that I can show my doctor.  Thanks!

It isn't just the heart rate. I got the Versa 4 specifically because it was supposed to have both heart rate and Sp02 monitoring. I really need it in real time to track it during my light exercise regimen to follow my doctor's orders and a record to show her. I guess it's back to the finger meter, since this can only give me a 5-day average when I'm sleeping. Worthless.
