Hi @CarrieB52s - the bedtime and sleep settings can be found in several places.
Firstly make sure your watch is syncing well and have a look at How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
On the Versa 4 you can set a watch sleep schedule so you don't get disturbed in the night and in the Fitbit App, click on the sleep tile and gear icon for the other settings and keep your watch synced.
If necessary hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start. This may clear any watch issues.

It may be that your font setting on your phone is too big, which makes it so you don't see "OK," at the bottom of the Bedtime setting display. Go into your phone Settings / Display / Font Size, reduce the size, and then go back into the Fitbit app to set up your bedtime start / stop. Hope this works for you!

P. S. If this works, don't forget to go back and set your font size to its original!
