Have you set "Hourly activity goal"? From Today screen tap Your Profile → Fitbit Settings → Activity & Wellness → Daily Activity → Hourly Activity Goal

Hi there, @Elanhui. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the inconvenience with the Reminders to Move. @LokeAa Thank you so much for helping out!

To better assist you, please confirm that you've tried enabling this feature by following the steps below:

  1. On the Today tab, tap Devices.
  2. Tap Reminders to Move > turn Reminders to Move on or off.

If you've done as described above, please try the following:

  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
  • Try enabling reminders to move once again

No, none of that works. Reminders to move remains greyed out or disabled although I can go within that feature where it says reminders to move is turned on.
Thank you for y0ur time.
