Welcome to the Fitbit community, @cecilferguson!

Please make sure that Fitbit Pay is supported where you're living by checking this list:

Banks & Transit Supporting Fitbit Pay

If you're referring to Google Wallet, please check if that's supported in your home country by having a look at 'Pay with your Fitbit device' following this link:

Countries or regions where you can use Google Wallet

Good morning,

I had been using Fitbit Pay on my Versa 2 in my country prior to
"upgrading" to the Versa 4 so it was definitely supported. The upgrade
should have allowed that to continue, in my estimation.

Thanks for your feedback though.

Thanks for your feedback, @cecilferguson.

You're right, if you have been able to use Fitbit Pay with your Versa 2 it should be available on your Versa 4 as well. For the Fitbit Pay tile to appear your Fitbit app has to know your location.
So, please tap the icon in the upper left corner of your Fitbit app's Today page. Next tap the tile with your name to get to your profile. Then tap 'Personal'. Finally set your current location in 'Location'.

I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I double checked that and the location is already correctly set. Appreciate your guidance. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S22+ smartphone.

You're welcome, @cecilferguson.

Please try changing location in your Fitbit app to a different location, restart your phone and set location in your Fitbit app back back to your real location afterwards. Let's see if that will fix your issue.

I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I've now tried that as well, the tile still does not show up for me to use the Fitbit Pay nor Google Pay feature.  I'm at a loss about why it doesn't work. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S22+ smartphone.

There must be something blocking Fitbit Pay for your Fitbit app, @cecilferguson.

Please make sure you're running the current version of the Fitbit app. I'd also like to know about your location to check if there's currently any issue with Fitbit Pay. You might want to send me a PM about your location.

What has happened to your Versa 2? Please visit your Fitbit dashboard to check if it still is connecting your Fitbit account with Fitbit Pay. To do so please follow this link:

Fitbit Login

Next click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the Fitbit dashboard. Do you see your Versa 2 in the drop down menu?

Bank of America certainly supports Fitbit Pay and they have done that over the years even though I reside in The Bahamas. The only thing that has changed recently is that I "upgraded" from the Versa to the Versa 4 and now now I don't have the Fitbit pay as an option anymore. 😐
