So my Versa 3 died abruptly this past week. I was able to replace it with a Versa 4. But now I can't find my old clockface that I've been using since 2019. I really don't want to switch to a different one. I know it was still available as recently as May 21, 2024 -- because the Versa 3 inexplicably switched to a different one last month, and I was able to find my old, trusty standby still there in the Gallery.
Does anyone recognized this one? Or have any idea how I can get it on my new Versa 4? The pic is blurry. But red is heartrate, green is steps, white is time, and gray is date. I tried a Google image search but n luck. Thanks!

@wendy1050 I'm glad you found it. To the best of my knowledge, you post a request in the Product Feedback forum. Be sure to ask for Caturra EAL. Different models have slightly different screen sizes. Only Versa 3/Sense versions were brought over.
The Gallery has some filters, but not by device. I tried 'large font', but it didn't some up in the results. Good luck. It is a clean, simple, readable clock face. I understand why you like it.

Hi there, @wendy1050. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for the image attached. I understand how you must be feeling and how important it's to you to have the same clock face on your new Versa 4.
It sounds like you have a third party clock face on your Versa 3. Please note that on Versa 4, third party apps cannot be installed as on other Fitbit devices. I understand why this might be helpful. Even though we truly appreciate that you've taken the time to come here and share your thoughts about this, please note at this time there are no plans to implement this feature on Versa 4.
We rely on feedback like yours to help us develop products and features that we know our community wants to see. Visit our FAQs to learn more about how Fitbit decides which suggestions get developed or implemented.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

First let me say how disappointing and frustrating this is. First that my Versa 3 died so suddenly after only 2 years. And second to not be able to get back my clockface.
But I'm also confused. In trying to find something similar to my old clockface, I've loaded 3 others *not* by Fitbit. (Faces by Gordo Wallace, Guy, and KK Designs). If there' no longer the abilty to use 3rd-party clockfaces, why can I still view loads of them in the Gallery, and I was able to install these 3? If if these 3, why not my old one?
Thanks.

@wendy1050 The explanation from the moderator isn't exactly correct. Fitbit didn't release a Software Development Kit for the Versa 4/Sense 2, limiting the developer's ability to create and add clocks to the Gallery. It looks like Fitbit chose some and made them available.

Thanks for the explanation. Does that mean that, if Fitbit wanted to, they could bring back my old Clockface for the Versa 4?

@wendy1050 I'm not a Fitbit employee, so I don't know how those decisions are made. Plus, it would be very hard if you can't remember the name of the clock face.

Found it!
Arusha EAL by Eric Longman (Versa, Versa 2)
Caturra EAL by Eric Longman (Versa 3)
It won't let me post the links for some reason.
It took a manual scroll thru 202 pages of all the digital faces to find it LOL. Too bad the gallery doesn't have filters by device type, display features, etc.
