Can’t find my hourly step goal progress on Versa 4

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just got my Versa 4 yesterday and I can’t find my hourly step goal progress like I could on the Versa 2. I’m getting notifications at :50 if I haven’t reached the goal, but I can’t find the counter that is on the Versa 2. Is that just another feature that got dropped (like having my Starbucks card on my watch - super convenient)?
thanks

Hi @Pamydosy

Whilst on the clock screen press the button on your watch - scroll down and press "Today" - Scroll down to find "Hourly Activity". It doesn't appear that you can go any deeper though to see how many steps remain for the current hour.

That’s disappointing. Thank you for the help.

@Pamydosy   Please vote for an leave a comment on this request in the Product Feedback forum.  Fitbit changed the hourly display on the Sense 2/Versa 4 and you don't see your progress or steps remaining until the reminder at :50.

And about your Starbucks card, Fitbit doesn't allow third party apps on the Sense 2/Versa 4.  Sorry.

Hi @Pamydosy - while it is true the watch doesn't have the same possibilities as the Versa 2 there exists clockfaces for previous watches that have this hourly information.

Have a look in the Gallery for any that have been ported to the Versa 4, only a few of the Sense/Versa 3 clock faces have been ported so it may not be available yet.
