I cannot seem to get be able to find the gallery to change any of the settings for my versa 4

I asked for help and got a complicated answer

I tried calling and nobody answers

As @Guy_ has mentioned, to find your clock faces in the new Fitbit app, please follow the steps below:

  1. With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > Devices > your device.
  2. Tap Gallery > Clocks tab.
  3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want > Install.
